Age Limits: The maximum age for Chief Executive Officer is 50 years, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Engineer, Database Architect and Mobile Application Developer is 25 to 35 years and for the remaining posts the age can be between 30 to 45 years.

Qualification:

1. Chief Executive Officer:

Candidates must have a degree in engineering or technology or equivalent. The applicant should have an information technology experience of at least 15 years, in which the management of large teams should have a minimum of 10 years of experience, optimizing TCO and ensuring business-IT alignment, of which at least 5 years of experience is available for architecting and designing banking platforms.

2. Technology Architect Lead:

Candidates should hold a degree in engineering or technology or equivalent, Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of technical and IT experience, out of which there should be at least 5 years of experience in architecting, designing and management of banking platforms.

3. Program Manager:

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or Post Graduate degree in Business or equivalent. The applicant should have at least 10 years of experience in which the product/project management has at least 5 years experience.

4. Quality Assurance Lead:

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent, Applicant should have at least 10 years of experience in which there is a minimum of 5 years experience in product/project management.

5. Business Analyst Lead:

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or equivalent. Commerce graduates with strong banking background can also apply. Graduate qualifications will be given priority in Business Management. Applicant should have at least 10 years of experience in which financial sector / financial software development has at least 5 years of experience.

6. Infrastructure Lead:

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent, Applicant should have at least 10 years of experience in which product/project management should have at least 5 years experience.

7. Business Analyst:

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or equivalent. Commerce graduates with strong banking background can also apply. Graduate qualifications will be given priority in Business Management. Applicant should have at least 05 years of experience in the financial sector / financial software development.

8. Quality Assurance Engineer:

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or equivalent, Applicant should have at least 05 years of experience in the financial sector / financial software development.

9. Database Architect:
