Candidates will be selected through the selection process for admission in the course in any one of the above two institutions, including the group discussion and online objective examination after a personal interview. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded "Postgraduate Diploma in Banking and Finance" (PGDBF) from that institution and candidates will be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
