Online applications are invited from Indian citizens for direct recruitment to the post of Security Assistant (Executive) in the following Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Name of the Post: Security Assistant (Executive)
Total No. of Posts: 1054 (UR: 620, OBC: 187, SC: 160, ST: 87)
Qualification:
(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
(ii) Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialect mentioned in the advertisement details above against each SIB/Centre of examination.
iii) Field experience in Intelligence work.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000 (PB-1) plus admissible Central Govt. allowances. (Under revision as per the recommendations of 7th C.P.C)
Age Limit: Not more than 27 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
“The above mentioned posts are not reserved for any category (HH, OH, VH and Autism) of physically handicapped / pH persons. Therefore, they do not need to apply.”
Examination Fee:
Rs. 50 / - (only fifty rupees). It is necessary for the male candidates belonging to the general and OBC category to pay the fee. All scheduled castes / scheduled tribes, ex-servicemen and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. Registration fee can be paid offline or online after a gap of one working day from the date of registration.
How to Apply:
Applications should be submitted online through the MHA website (www.mha.gov.in) or through the NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in). Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. The application portal will be circulated for 2359 hours from 20.10.2018 to 10.11.2018. Registration will not be accepted before 20.10.2018 and after 10.11.2018.
