Online applications are invited from intending eligible Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for 65 Grade-IV government sanctioned posts, under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam as below.

Total No. of Posts: 65 (UR-31, STP-7, STH-3, SC-5, OBC/MOBC-17, PH-2)
Educational Qualification:
Class VIII pass certificate from the head master of an educational institute in Assam.
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 44 years as on 01/01/2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H), 3 years for OBC and 10 years for differently abled candidates.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 Rs. 12000- 37500 GP-3900

Interested candidates will have to register and fill the online application form available at the official website of Directorate of Health Services (FW) Assam, https://dhsfw.assam.gov.in.
To apply online, the online portal will be available from 02/11/2018 and closed on 16/11/2018 at 24:00 hrs. The applicant can take a print of the last submission of the application form even after the closing date up to the date of examination.
