Recruitment Details:
1. Name of the Post: Sericulture Inspector/ Manager
Reservation: Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology with post Graduate Diploma in Sericulture or M.Sc. in Sericulture/ M.Sc. in Sericulture Technology.
Age Limit: Not more than 44 years as on 03-03-2018. For SC / ST candidates the upper age limit will be rested for 5 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000 /- + GP-Rs. 8,700 /- Per Month + Other allowances allowable under rules.
2. Name of the Post: Sericulture Demonstrator
Reservation: Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
Educational Qualification:
a) HSLC examination passed + 01 (one) year certificate training course from Sericultural Training Institute, Titabor, Jorhat up to 1996-97.
Or
b) HSSLC (Science) examination passed or equivalent + 01 (one) year certificate training course from Sericultural Training Institute, Titabor, Jorhat since 1997-98 batch.
Age Limit: Not more than 44 years as on 03-03-2018. For SC / ST candidates the upper age limit will be rested for 5 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000 /- + GP-Rs. 6,200 /- Per Month + Other allowances allowable under rules.
How to Apply:
1. Candidates should apply in standard form.
2. Candidates should submit self certified copies of all the testimonials of HSLC including copy of PWD certificate issued by competent authority.
3. 2 (two) passport size photograph should be attached with the application without which the application will be rejected.
4. Application should be deposited manually by the candidate and receive the acknowledgment receipt from this office.
5. Applicants already in the government service will apply through the appropriate channel.
