Name of Posts: Class-III & Class-IV
Pay Scale: The pre-revised pay scales are Rs 12,000 — 27,000/- for A2 level (Class III), Rs 11,000 -24.000/- for Al level (Class III) posts and Rs 10.000-18,000/ - for W1 level (Class-IV), with an increment of 3% per year.
Besides Basic Pay, the employee is entitled presently to allowance @ 47% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria Approach, Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company Accommodation, Mining Allowance, Contributory Provident Fund, Conveyance Maintenance, Substantial Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Self-Contributory Post Retirement Benefit Scheme and Composite Social Security Scheme as per Company rules. The pay revision is due with effect from 01.01.2017; the benefit of the same will be applicable from the date of joining. Most of the Jobs demand outdoor field work in shifts requiring considerable physical efforts and technical skills.
PWD candidates shall be given roles which are commensurate to their physical ability. The job is transferable to any location within the country as demanded by the semi-mobile nature of operations.
Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a computer based written test and short listed successful candidates will be called for Skill Test (wherever applicable). The selected candidates will be appointed subject to medical fitness as per rules of the Corporation.
