Selection
Process: The selection will be carried out in 2 phases.
There will be a Written Test along with the personal interview. Candidates
applying for the post of Office Peon/Attached Peon/Chowkidar will have to
appear in a Written Test of 30 Marks comprising General English, Assamese,
General Knowledge and Interview of 20 Marks.
The Written Test will be held on 01.06.2019 and the
Admit Cards will be issued to the candidates whose applications will be
considered for selection. Admit Card may be collected from the office of the
Chief Judicial Magistrate on working days within office hours from 29.07.2019
till 03.08.2019.
How to Apply:
The applicants must submit their applications in the
Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part—IX. A
candidate will have to submit 4 (four) copies of recent passport size
photograph and the testimonials of his/her Age, Caste, Educational
Qualification etc. along with the filled up application form, in photocopy
attested by a Gazetted Officer. Candidates will have to produce those
testimonials in original, in the event of being selected for interview. Failing
which, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected and the next eligible
candidate from the merit list will be considered. The candidate shall apply for
one post only.
Candidate shall submit one self addressed and
stamped envelope affixing stamp of Rs. 10/-along with the application.
Completed applications along with all testimonials
as mentioned above should be addressed to "The Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Golaghat, PIN 785621, Assam" through post or may be dropped in the
"Drop Box" Labelled as "Drop Box for Applications" to be
kept at the premise of Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat within
the stipulated time.
