District-wise Schedule of Screening/ Verification of Document of Candidates for
the Post of Grade-III and Grade-IV Staff.

Candidates are requested to bring
following documents for verification.
Check List for
Grade-III posts (JA-HQ/ JA-FLE/ SA-FLE):
1. Identity Proof
& Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth
(Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational
Qualification (Bachelor’s Degree from recognised University)
4. Computer
Qualification (6-Month Diploma from an institute recognised by Govt.)
5. Caste
Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
Check List for the
posts of Driver:
1. Identity Proof
& Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth
(Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational
Qualification (HSLC Exam passed from recognised Board)
4. Driving License
(Medium Vehicle Driving License issued by Competent Authority)
5. Caste
Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
Check List for
Grade-IV posts (Peon/ Night Chowkidar):
1. Identity Proof
& Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)
2. Date of Birth
(Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)
3. Educational
Qualification (Read up-to Class-VIII)
4. Caste
Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
Note:
a) All the
qualifications/ certificates must be obtained before the age of 38 years as per
existing Govt. rules.
b) The candidates
attending the Screening/ Verification, must bring along the Registration Copy/
Print-Out of successful Online Application.
c) All candidates
must submit a self-attested photocopy set of relevant testimonials along-with a
copy of Passport Photo.
