A walk-in-interview will be held on 23/07/2019 at
10.30 A.M. in the Conference Hall of the Training and Placement Cell (Top Floor
of the Office of the Vice Chancellor) D.U. for 07 (seven) nos. of posts of
District Associate (Monitoring and Evaluation) to support Public Health
Engineering Department (PHED), Govt. of Assam, as a part of assigned
consultancy service offered under the sponsorship of UNICEF in the Dibrugarh
University. The requisite qualification for the said post is stated below:

Educational
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any subject or Post
Graduation in Management or MA in Communications (or equivalent), (ii)
Knowledge of sector policy and practice, in particular, relating to NRDWP,
SBM(G) programmes and its status in the State of Assam is desirable (iii)
Exceptional degree in integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most
sensitive, diverse and confidential material, (iv) Strong communication skills
in English, Assamese and any other local language. Excellent report writing skill
and (v) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Remuneration:
The remuneration for the District Associate (Monitoring and Evaluation) will be
in the range of Rs. 40,000/- (which includes Rs. 5,000 as TA and DA).
