Applications are invited from the intending candidate who is a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5-8 of the Constitution of India. in the prescribed Standard Form of application published in Assam Gazette Part-IX for filling up the sanctioned post of Driver in the establishment of the Labour Court, Assam, Guwahati with usual scale of pay and allowances as admissible under the Rules:

Pay Scale: Rs 14.000/- to Rs ,19.000,- 4- GP Rs.5000/-

Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and the relaxation of upper age limit for reserved category be as per policy of Govt of Assam The Minimum educational qualification of the candidate for the post is Class-VIII (8) passed.

How to Apply:

The application should reach the office of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Assam, Guwahati on or before 09-08-2019 accompanied by the following documents:

a) One photocopy of valid license (non-private)

b) Photocopy of all certificates in support of qualifications, age, caste & other testimonials

c) 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs of the candidate

d) A self addressed envelope size 22cm x 10cm affixing postal stamps of Rs.5 00 only

e) The selected candidate will have to submit an undertaking to the Appointment Authority stating that he will abide by the New Pension Scheme of the Government issued by the Finance Department.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/ driving test. The place and date of driving test & interview will be notified in the call letter. Canvassing directly or indirectly will be disqualified the candidate. The decision of the Selection Board will be final.
