notification regarding date of written examination and DHS Assam Grade IV Admit
Card 2019 for the recruitment of 453 Grade IV posts of Ward Boy, Peon, Night
Chowkidar, Ward Girl & Dark Room Attendant.

Candidates who have applied for posts (453) of
Grade-IV (Ward Boy, Peon, Night Chowkidar, Ward Girl & Dark Room Attendant)
vide Advertisement No. HSE / Apptt. / 113/ 2018 /12003 Dated 20/ 12/ 2018 and
No. Janasanyog / D / 7336 / 18 Dated 21 /12/ 2018 & No. Janasanyog / D /
7501 / 18 Dated 25/ 12/ 2018, against existing vacant posts of different Health
Institutions including Model Hospitals under the establishment of Directorate
of Health Services, Assam, will have to appear the written examination shall be
of 2 (two) phases.
The 1st Phase of written examination will be held on
29/9/2019 at different 20 nos. of district zones across the State. The
examination will be OMR based of 100 marks and duration of time allowed shall
be of 2 (two) hours. The details of examination shall be available in the admit
card., The eligible candidates shall be able to download their Admit Cards from
the official website of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam
(www.dhs.assam.gov.in) from 23/9/2019 evening onwards.
In the second phase, the candidates shall be
shortlisted from the 1st phase of written examination at the ratio of 1:4 in
relation to the number of vacant posts i.e. 453. The 2nd phase of examination
also will be written test, and venue of the written examination will be at
Guwahati only. The details of date and time of 2nd phase examination shall be
intimated in due course of time.

6. Your Admit will be popped up.
7. Save it or take a print of it.
