RECRUITMENT DETAILS:
1. Editor (Assamese)
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Between 21-50 years as on 01.08.2020
Educational Qualification:
a) Graduation from a recognized
University.
b) Degree/ PG Diploma in Journalism with
a duration of at least one year from a recognized University/Institution or
5-years experience in reporting/editing work in print/electronic media.
c) Proficiency in the Assamese language
Desirable Qualification:
d) Experience of journalistic work in
Radio/TV (for Degree or Diploma holders in journalism)
e) Knowledge of basic computer
applications
2. News Reader-cum-Translator (Assamese)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Between 21-50 years as on 01.08.2020
Educational Qualification:
a) Graduation from a recognized
University
b) Proficiency in Assamese language
c) Good voice suited to broadcasting
Desirable Qualification:
a) Experience of journalistic work in
Radio/TV
b) Knowledge of basic computer
applications
Application Fee: Editor: Rs.300/- for General category;
Rs.225/- for SC/ST/OBC
The candidates are required to deposit
application processing fee (non refundable) at SBI Account No. 10566983491,
IFSC – SBIN0000221 and submit the Transaction ID/Counter Foil along with the
applications.
Candidates applying for more than one
category are required to submit separate applications along with separate
processing fee.
