Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme 2018
Announcement of official notification for the Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme 2018 of Class 10th / HSLC / Matric pass / Division Star Mark with the above position student award Assam by the Assam Government. All details are given below.
The Education Department, Government of Assam, will soon provide the "Anundoram Borooah Award" to the meritorious students of the state. Under the award package, Anundoram Borooah Award citation in form of a Certificate along with a Laptop Computer, Internet Connectivity through 3G/4G device with 2 (Two) years free subscriptions, Books on all subject as per NCERT course in PDF format and Digital Content (2D/3D Animation, Audio/Video) for each stream and On-line Coaching and Score Improvement System (OLCSIS) for Science Students is considered. The Students securing Star Mark and above in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination / High Madrassa Examination / F.M Examination and Sanskrit Pali & Pravesika Examination, Assam during the year 2018 are eligible for the Scheme.
About Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme:
A State Government supported the scheme for the
excellence of outstanding performance in the academic setup, it is a
commendable one. This scheme is a symbol of Assam Government and is
consolidated to give meritorious students their right reward. It provides free
laptops to eligible qualified candidates in the HSLC examination. In the
educational setup, it is confounded on the backdrop to inspire students to
perform better and efficiently.
How to Apply for Anundoram Borooah Award:
All eligible students who qualify for the award can
register online through the portal http://arbas.assam.gov.in. The applicant
must upload the following:
1. Students need to submit their primary information
such as name, mobile number, father / guardian's name etc.
2. Examination certificate / Pass Certificate duly
certified and counter signed by the Head of the Institute from which the
applicant was passed in PDF file format.
3. A self-certified passport size photograph of the
applicant in the JPG file format.
