Online Applications Are Invited From The Eligible Candidates For Appointment In 42 (Forty Two) Posts (Existing And Estimated Vacancies) Up To 5.00 Pm On 27/09/2018 [Unreserved -21, SC-3, ST (P) -9, ST (H) -9] In Grade-III Of Assam Judicial Service In The Scale Of Pay Of Rs. 27, 700-770-33, 090-920-40, 450-1080-44, 770/- Per Month Plus Other Allowances Allowable Under The Rules.

Recruitment Details:

Name of the Post: GRADE-III of ASSAM JUDICIAL SERVICE

Total No. Of Posts: 42 (UR-21, SC-03, ST-18)

Pay Scale: Rs.27,700 – 44,770/- Per Month

Age Limit: For SC/ ST Candidates 38 Years & For Other candidates 35 Years.

Age Relaxation: For SC / ST 05 Years And For PWD Category The Upper Age Limit is 10 Years.

For SC/ST: Rs. 250/-

For PWD: Nil

For Others: Rs. 500/-

Selection Procedure:

Competitive Examination Will Include A Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), A Main (Written) Examination and A Viva / Interview.

Those Candidates, Who Will Secure 60% Or More Marks In The Preliminary Examination, Will Be Eligible To Join The Main Examination: Provided That On The Basis Of Which Candidates Will Be Called For The Main (Written) Examination, It Will Be 1:10. (10 Candidates Will Be Called For One Post).

All Candidates Who Receive 60% Or More Marks In The Main Written Examination, At Least 45% Marks In Individual Paper-I, II, III And IV And At Least 35% In Official Language Paper (Paper-V) Shall Be Eligible For Viva: Provided That Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe Candidates Who Obtain 50% Or More Aggregate Marks In The Main Written Examination Subject To Securing Minimum 40% Marks In Individual Paper-I, II, III & IV And Minimum 35% Marks In The Language Paper (Paper-V) Will Be Called For Viva.

Upon Successful Payment Of Fixed Fee And Submission Of Online Application Form, The System Generated Registration / Acknowledgment Slip With Unique Registration Number Will Appear On The Computer Screen. Candidates Will Have To Print-Out For Future Correspondence. In This Phase, Do Not Send Any Print-Out / Hard Copy Or Document. All Verification Will Definitely Be Done.
