Education Qualification:
The categorized education norms are mentioned below.
i) Pandit and Pandit (Gorkha) for Gorkha Regiment: Hindu candidate along with Acharya in Sanskrit or a one-year Diploma in Shastri "Karam Kaand" in Sanskrit.
ii) Granthi: - Sikh candidate with "Gyani" in Punjabi.
iii) Maulvi and Maulvi (Shia) for Ladakh Scouts: A Muslim candidate with Maulvi Alim in Arabic or Adib Aleem in Urdu.
iv) Padre: - Christian candidates who have been entrusted with the post of a priest by appropriate subordinate authority and are still in the approved list of local bishops.
v) Bodh Monk (Mahayana): - Buddhist (Mahayana) candidate who
Monk / Buddhist priest has been appointed by the appropriate authority.
Age Limits: Minimum age limit is 25 years and the maximum age limit is 34 for the category of RT vacancies.
Height: - The height of the JCO RT category is 157 cm for Gorkha and Ladakhi candidates and 160 cms for the rest of the categories.
Chest: - 77 cm
Weight: - Weight for the Gurkha candidates is 48 kg and 50 kg for other categories, candidates who are ready to participate in the forthcoming JCO RRT recruitment rally program, according to the categories should be 50 kg or 48 kg (Gurkha) KG.
Physical Fitness Test:- 1.6 Km Run (1600 Meter)
Candidates Up to 30 yrs of Age: should be able to run in 05 Minutes 45 seconds.
Candidates over 30 years of age: should be able to run in 06 Minutes 30 seconds.
Medical Standards: - Good physical and mental health and general hearing capacity, 14 dental points and any kind of diseases should not be suffering from.
Candidates who will be selected in physical and medical examination their written examination will be done 24/02/2019.
